spiritual direction
Spiritual Direction is the ancient practice of holy listening, and spiritual accompaniment. Spiritual Direction is similar to, but separate from counseling, pastoral care, and therapy. Spiritual Direction is designed to help an individual identify God’s presence in their life and develop a stronger faith and more intimate walk with Him. Spiritual Direction usually occurs once per month over the course of a year and can happen either in-person in the prayer room or virtually.
